  1. §Mice were immunized 1 ~ 4 times, at an interval of 2 weeks, with 100 μg plasmid DNAs. Two weeks after the final immunization, mice were challenged with a lethal dose (3 × LD50) of SG-MCMV. The survival rates of mice were determined 21 days postinfection.
