pSecTagB-IFN-α inhibited HBV replication. (A, B) HepG2.2.15 cells were transfected with pSecTagB-IFN-α or empty plasmid, and RNAs were collected after 24 h, 48 h and 72 h. The mRNA levels of HBs and HBc were measured by qRT-PCR. (C) HBV DNA level was quantified by fluorescence real-time PCR. (D, E) The supernatants were harvested after 24 h, 48 h and 72 h.
