Immunological profile of WT mice infected with DENV-3 (MG20). Mice were i.c. inoculated with 4 × 102 pfu of DENV-3 (MG20) and the brains of 4 animals per group were collected each day until the 8th d.p.i. Mice inoculated with uninfected C6/36 cell supernatants were used as controls. RNA was extracted from the brains and reverse transcription and quantitative PCR were performed.
