The standard curves were established by five gradient, in which every gradient contained 3 replicates in duplicate of a 10-fold dilution series containing mixed standard ssRNA of RBSDV and SRBSDV at: 1x105 (A); 1x104 (B); 1x103 (C); 1x102 (D); 1x10(E) template copies per reaction.
