OCT1 RNAi Results in the Upregulation of HPV18 Genome Replication (A) U2OS cells were transfected with 2 different scrambled siRNAs (Neg. siRNAs) or OCT1-specific siRNAs. OCT1 mRNA expression levels were measured using qPCR 2 days post-transfection, normalized to GAPDH mRNA expression levels and set as 1 in the samples transfected with Neg. siRNAs.
