Expression of POU Family TFs in HPV Host Cells (A, B) HPEKs were treated with 1.5 mM CaCl2 for 2 or 3 days. Total RNA was isolated, treated with Turbo DNase, and subjected to cDNA synthesis. Expression patterns of the indicated POU TFs were analysed in U2OS cells and naïve and differentiation-committed HPEKs using RT-PCR (A) or qPCR (B).
