Cytokine expression in the serum of mice after immunization with recombinant HPV11/16 E6/E7-MBP-His6 proteins. Cytokine profiles in the serum of mice after being challenged with the recombinant HPV11/16 E6/E7-MBP-His6 proteins (200 µg per mouse) for 24 h. Mice challenged with MBP-His6 was used as the control. The experiment was repeated thrice with at least 5 mice per group. The recombinant MBP-His6 and HPV11/16 E6/E7-MBP-His6 proteins were abbreviated as Con, 11 E6, 11 E7, 16 E6, and 16 E7 in the figures. The data of IL-13 was not shown due to the detection limitation.
