Mice in each group were inoculated with 0.2 mL of each virus (Ad-0910G and Ad-0910Gsped) or mixed virus (Ad-0910G + Ad-0910 N and Ad-0910Gsped + Ad-0910 N) by the intramuscular route. Mice in the control group were inoculated with an equal volume of PBS. Five immunized mice from each group were challenged intramuscularly (IM) with 30 μL of CVS-N2c (25 LD50/0.03 mL) 21 days following inoculation of recombinant adenoviruses (a).
