From: Toll-like receptors genes polymorphisms and the occurrence of HCMV infection among pregnant women
The primary structures of TLR2, TLR4 and TLR9 genes, loci of the polymorphic sites analyzed in the study, and role of the polymorphisms in immune response. Structures of the genes were developed using the Ensembl genome browser and NCBI dbSNP database. Numbered squares represent the following exons in the genes. Lengths of the exons containing analyzed polymorphisms, and of the whole genes, are shown by numbers of nucleotides (nt) over black lines. Diagonal subtitles show the names of studied SNPs.
