EMSA analysis of DBP and BmRPSA binding to BmNPV polyhedrin gene promoter in vitro . A biotin-labeled 77 bp-long 3 repeats polyhedrin gene promoter ssDNA and dsDNA fragments were incubated with purified BmRPSA (or DBP) protein, respectively.
