Pathway analysis was done using Ingenuity Pathways Analysis Software with significant (P<0.05) up-regulated (red) and down-regulated (green) genes indicated. Nodules (double circles) are genes with a reported influence on genes altered by HCV, ATIII or IFN-α. Significance was calculated using the ΔΔCt method for three independent experiments.
