Outcomes of mice infected with RABV Fujian strain. After i.c. injection of 105 ffu of street Fujian RABV strain, (A) clinical score and (B) copy number of RABV N mRNA were recorded as described in Materials and Methods. Mice were monitored for survival for 21 days. Data were obtained from 8 mice (three mice for N mRNA) in each group. Data are the mean ± standard deviation (SD) of one representative experiment. Similar results were obtained in three independent experiments.
