Phylogenetic analysis of the complete ORF2 sequence of the PCV2 isolates in this study. The tree was constructed from the 82 ORF2 sequences deposited in GenBank and 10 Thai isolates in the present study with the application of the MEGA 4 program. The ORF2 of PCV1 was used as an out-group. Note that clusters 1 A/B and C indicate the previous classification [9].
