LAMP3 regulates post-entry steps of influenza A virus replication. (A) NP localization during influenza A virus replication. A549 cells were transfected with a LAMP3 specific siRNA or a control siRNA (Scrambled), and then infected with A/PR/8/34 virus at a MOI of 10 or 0.1. Cells were fixed at indicated time points respectively, and then subjected to indirect immunofluorescence assays for NP localization. (B) Quantitative analysis for ratios of NP nuclear imported cells/total infected cells.
