Southern hybridization with HAdV-5 DNA. Fractionated Hind III digested pFHAV5 DNA was probed with [³²P]-labeled cDNAs generated by reverse transcription of RNAs isolated from purified wt HAdV-5 mature capsids, empty/intermediate capsids, or wt HAdV-5-infected 293 cells.
