The dark red residue represents the one residue (V-70 in ECTV-PH, V-72 in human profilin 1) that is identical between both structures; the orange residues represent two functionally conserved residues (R-120 in ECTV-PH, K-125 in human profilin 1 and D-124 in ECTV-PH, E129 in human profilin 1).
