Caco-MHVR cells were inoculated with MHV-A59 (m.o.i. = 0.01) at 4°C for 2 h. Subsequently, cells were placed at 37°C and 20 μM indomethacin was added to the culture medium immediately (t = 0 h post binding) or at the indicated times. Cells were maintained in culture medium containing indomethacin until they were fixed at 6 h post-binding.
