Tat domains as described by [19] are separated by vertical lines, individual-specific substitutions are indicated by solid boxes and substitutions common to recipients B and C by dashed boxes. The amino acid sequence of one-exon Tat from HIV-1 clone SF2 is shown for comparison. The nucleotide sequences of these clones are available from GenBank ([GenBank:EU184659] – [GenBank:EU184684]).
