Phospho-eIF4GI and eIF4E co-immunoprecipitate with VPg from MNV-1 infected RAW 264.7 cells. A) Mock infected or infected cell lysates were subjected to immunoprecipitation with anti-MNV-1 VPg (lanes 3 and 4) or anti-phospho-eIF4GI (lanes 5 and 6). Immunoblots were probed with the relevant antibody indicated to the left of the panels. Lanes 1 and 2 are control lysates that did not receive antibody.
