Passive protection conferred by anti-mTLNE sera. Groups of one-day-old BALB/c mice were inoculated i.c. with 10 LD₅₀ of EV71, followed by i.p. administration of anti-mTLNE sera at 4 h post inoculation. PBS and anti-Trx sera were set as controls. The mortality was monitored for 21 days. Log-rank test were performed to analyze the statistical significant.
