Phylogenetic relationships of the nucleotide sequences of 62 NDV strains based on the entire ORF (1 to 1,662 nt) of the F gene (A) and the complete gene (B) (nt 1 to 15192). Sequences previously published in GenBank are listed in Materials and methods and Additional file 1: Table S1. The phylogram was generated by the neighbor-joining method using MEGA 4 software [16].
