(B & C) Percentages of total FoxP3 and CD25 + FoxP3+ CD4+ T-reg cells in three different groups of mice. A statistically significant difference (P < 0.05) was observed between HSV-vaccinated- and challenged as compared to vaccinated mice that were not challenged.
