Detecting the Tylvalosin tartrates’ inhibition effect on PRRSV by IFA. MARC-145 cells and primary PAMs were respectively infected with JXwn06 or CHsx1401 and incubated with Tylvalosin tartrates at the concentration of 40 µg/mL respectively. At 36 h post-inoculation, the IFA was carried out to monitor the proliferation of PRRSV.
