ADCC assay. ADCC antibody titers in VLP and soluble protein immunized group, the panels show log10 ADCC antibody titers, the lowest dilution tested was 1:20(fourfold serial dilution were used). Samples under the detection limit were plotted at 0.7 in the log10 scale(equivalent to 1:5 dilution). The experiment was performed in triplicate. a, H3N2 antigen group. b, H7N9 antigen group
