The median copy number of LIA-positive samples (n = 27, 1.780 copies/100 cells) was higher than that of the untypeable (n = 2, 0.271 copies/100 cells) and indeterminate samples (n = 1, 0.017 copies/100 cells), but the sample sizes of the latter two were too small to be statistically analyzed
