Neuro2A cells at different time post infection with JEV (0 h, 3 h, 6 h, 12 h, 24 h). Neuro 2A cells were seeded in 6-well plates a day before infection. The cells were infected at a multiplicity of infection (MOI) of 5 with plaque-determined titers of JEV. Cells were observed daily for change in morphology if any post-JEV infection
