Assays to assess the immunogenicity of LVRNA001 in mice. A Mice were immunized via i.m. injection with a single dose of LVRNA001 (0.2 μg, 1 μg or 5 μg) or PBS. At 14 days post-immunization (dpi), serum samples were collected and IgG levels were detected using ELISAs. B Neutralizing antibody levels in serum from mice immunized with LVRNA001 (0.2 μg, 1 μg or 5 μg) or PBS were measured by FAVN test.
