Expression of inflammatory cytokines in cells upon PEDV or BVDV monoinfection or coinfection. PK15 cells were monoinfected with PEDV, or BVDV or coinfected with both at an MOI of 1 for the indicated times, and mRNA levels of IL-6, IL-8, IL-18 and TNF-α were quantified by qPCR. The fold changes in mRNA expression levels were calculated through the comparative CT method. The error bars represent the SD of the means from three independent experiments. (*p < 0.05, **p < 0.01)
