LMW chitosan sulfate inhibited PCV2 Cap protein expression in PK15 cells. Cells monolayers were infected with 10 µL of PCV2 suspension (106 TCID50 ml−1, MOI = 5), and then the cells were exposed at 0, 5,10,15, and 20 mg/ml of LMW Chi-S, then PCV2 Cap protein was detected by dot blot comparing with LMW Chi-C treatment as control (panel A) and Western blot using β-actin as loading control (panel B)
