Phylogenetic relationships of Cotton leaf curl Multan alphasatellite (CLCuMuA, Accession No. MG373558) and Gossypium darwinii symptomless alphasatellite (GDarSLA, Accession No. MG373559) cloned from symptomatic hollyhock plants. Begomovirus associated alphasatellites included in this analysis were selected from NCBIBLAST results and the phylogenetic tree was constructed using the MEGA-X tool.
