CD8⁺ T cell responses in different mouse strains. a–f Mice (n = 5) were injected with of 5 × 10¹⁰ vp (C57Bl/6 and BALB/c mice) or 5 × 10⁹ vp (HLA-A2 tg mice) of AdC6-gDPolN [a] AdC6-gDPolC [b] or AdC6-gDCore [c].
