Identification of host proteins associated with JEV 3′UTR. a A biotin-labeled JEV 3′UTR was incubated with BHK-21 cell lysates. Streptavidin was then applied to pull down the labeled RNA and associated host proteins. The eluates were subsequently subjected to SDS-PAGE analysis.
