Phylogenetic tree of the Brazilian VOC Gamma. VOC Gamma genomic sequences from all Brazilian states, produced by the Fiocruz genomic network or retrieved from GISAID, were aligned using MAFFT and used to construct a phylogenetic tree. Highlighted in the boxes are the genomes of the Gamma-like-II lineage (green) and the Gamma -E661D mutation (golden).
