Multivariate logistic regression analysis of risk factors for cervical cytology abnormalities. Odds ratios with 95% confidence intervals of HPV genotypes associated with abnormal cervical cytology were provided. HPV16, 18, 56, 58 and 66 were independent risk factors for abnormal cervical cytology. Other HPV genotypes showed no significant differences in abnormal specimens from normal specimens and no OR was listed
