Results are representative of three independent experiments that are expressed as the mean ± SD. ***indicates a statistically significant difference between the γ-Flu-CCL21-Poly (I:C) group with that of the γ-Flu group, as determined by One way ANOVA (p < 0.001). The graphs also show a statistically significant difference between all vaccinated and control groups (p < 0.001)
