NS5 coding sequences were amplified by PCR of cDNA templates derived from infected cells. Mosquito cell line (C6/36) was infected with JEV porcine vaccine strain at a multiplicity of infection of 0.2, 0.02, or 0.002. After 24 or 48 h, infected cells were collected and prepared for RT-PCR (see “Materials and Methods”).
