Effect of ApG on influenza virus mRNA synthesis. The RNA polymerase reaction mixture containing 5 mM of MgCl2 was incubated for 30 min at 37 °C. The reduction of each mRNA synthesis, a segment 1 mRNA, b segment 4 mRNA, and c segment 5 mRNA, was analyzed with the RNA polymerase reaction without the specific dinucleotide primer ApG.
