Schematic illustration of the analytical steps on anti-HCV assays. 682 anti-HCV positive samples were collected. The samples were retested anti-HCV with four assays independently. With the results of anti-HCV and HCV viral load, the samples were divided into three groups: (1) HCV RNA positive group (nā€‰=ā€‰264); (2) HCV RNA negative, anti-HCV consistent group (nā€‰=ā€‰223); (3) HCV RNA negative, anti-HCV discrepant group (nā€‰=ā€‰195).
