A-E CHME5/HIV + cells were treated with Romidepsin, GCV and rAAV-TK viruses in different conditions and latent virus reactivation and cell apoptosis was measured by flow cytometry. GFP + percentage represent the cells that are reactivated. RFP + percentage represents the cells that are apoptotic.
