Inhibitory effects of R. isatidis extract on CSBV replication. In Group-II, larvae were inoculated with CSBV without treatment of R. isatidis extract. In Group III, larvae were inoculated with CSBV and treated with R. isatidis extract. Absolute RT‐qPCR measurement of CSBV gene copy number was conducted on the 4th instar, 5th instar, and 6th instar larvae 24 h post CSBV inoculation for both Group-II and Group-III.
