Macropinocytosis had no effect on EMCV replication. IPA-3 treatment did not inhibit EMCV replication. WB (a), endpoint titration (b) and qRT-PCR (c) analysis indicated that EMCV proliferation remained unchanged at 9 hpi when BHK-21 cells were treated with IPA-3.
