H7 cells can control replication of both R5 and X4 tropic HIV. a TZM, TK-SR39 or H7 cells were infected with replication competent Lai or YU-2 virus in the presence or absence of 5 µg/ml GCV. Culture supernatants were harvested at day 6 post infection and an equal volume of supernatant used to infect TZM cells.
