Pepscan analysis of HN with NDV-specific antisera. BHK-21 cells were transfected with the pCAGGS-HN plasmid. After transfection for 48 h, the cells were fixed and incubated with NDV-specific chicken hyperimmune antisera (a) and mouse antisera (b). Subsequently, the cells were incubated with an FITC-conjugated rabbit anti-chicken antibody and a goat anti-mouse antibody. The cells were observed by fluorescence microscopy.
