Phylogenetic analysis and pairwise sequence comparison based on the amino acid sequence of anelloviruses discovered in vaginal tract of pregnant women. The amino acid sequence of ORF1 in the phylogenetic analysis included the 5 anllovirus strains in this study, their closest relatives based on the BLASTp of ORF1 protein in GenBank, and other representative species of anellovirus in the family Anelloviridae. The pairwise comparison based on ORF1 protein among different strains within the same group of anellovirus is shown beside the corresponding clusters.
