A/WSN/1933 virus-specific antibody production by C57BL/6J wild type mice and CD83 KO mice after intraperitoneal injection of A/WSN/1933 virus. Peritoneal cavity fluids and sera were collected at 5, 7, and 14 days after intraperitoneal injection of live A/WSN/1933 virus in mice (n = 5/group) with a dose of 5 × 106 pfu/mice.
