An overview of this study. The flowchart summarizes the workflow of this study. First, we assessed the feasibility of amplifying and sequencing partial RdRP gene directly from a collection of 61 clinical specimens. Second, we performed sequence analysis on 19 SARS-CoV-2 RdRP sequences from our study and 22,173 GISAID genomes, using SARS-CoV-2 reference genome Wuhan-Hu-1 (NC_045512.2:15309-15702) as reference
