Alignment of DNA sequences from combiantion siRNAs treated group with stock virus for mutation identification. The siRNAs treated RCMV ALL-03 DNA was extracted and subjected for Sanger sequencing. The obtained results were aligned using online clustal omega software. The synthesized siRNA sequences was highlighted in blue. a dpb + dpc, b dpb + ie2b, c dpc + ie2b, d dpb + dpc + ie2b
