Time course analysis of PVY CP and genomic RNA (gRNA) levels in non-inoculated upper leaves of DCL2.4-knockdown tomato plants (hpDCL2.4) and the parental cultivar Moneymaker. Non-inoculated Moneymaker plants were analyzed as a control (Healthy). Total RNA and protein were extracted from the leaves of these plants at 15, 20, 25, and 30 dpi. M is the 100 bp DNA ladder.
