  1. The overall detection rate decreased with the increase of the age of enrolled children infected by single pathogen. There were significant differences in the detection rates of pathogens among the four groups (χ2 = 17.583, p = 0.001), while there was no significant difference in the coinfections among the four groups. There was no difference in different genders in single infection and coinfections
