The levels of IFN-γ and TNF-α in the RPMECs. The RPMECs were infected with the live H9N2 virus at an MOI of 1 or 5, and then the supernatants were collected at 12 h and 24 h postinfection. The levels of IFN-γ and TNF-α were detected using ELISA kits according to the instructions of the ELISA kits.
